When you register, enroll, or contact us we collect: your name, email address, phone number (via WhatsApp), and any message content you send us. We also collect anonymous, aggregated site view counts.
Your information is used solely to: respond to enquiries, manage course enrollments, provide student support, and improve our training content. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security enabled. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with industry-standard encryption. Access to administrative data is restricted to authorized HackNovaSec staff.
Enquiries and enrollments are processed through WhatsApp. Messages you send are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Never send passwords or sensitive credentials over chat.
We use browser local/session storage only for essential functions (login sessions, view-count deduplication, security throttling). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
