HackNovaSec provides cybersecurity training courses and professional security services (VAPT, Red Teaming, and related assessments). Course details, schedules, and fees are shared via WhatsApp and are confirmed at enrollment.
Enrollment is confirmed only after fee payment. Course fees, batch schedules, and refund windows are communicated before payment. Requested refunds, if applicable, are processed per the policy shared at enrollment.
All training is provided for legal, educational purposes only. Students agree to practice skills exclusively on authorized lab systems and targets they own or have written permission to test. Misuse of course material against unauthorized systems is strictly prohibited and may result in removal without refund and legal action.
Course certificates are issued upon completion of course requirements. Certificates confirm course completion and do not represent third-party certification unless explicitly stated.
All course materials, labs, and content are the property of HackNovaSec. Materials may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission.
Professional security services (VAPT, Red Team, etc.) are performed only after a signed engagement agreement defining scope, rules of engagement, and authorization. HackNovaSec requires documented authorization from the asset owner before any testing begins.
HackNovaSec is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Total liability, where applicable by law, is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course or service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
